By accessing or using the Skhaira Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Summary:These Terms govern your use of Skhaira's platform โ whether you are a customer booking beauty services, a salon business partner, or a staff professional. Different rules apply to each role, so please read the sections relevant to you.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Skhaira Technologies Private Limited ("Skhaira," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Skhaira website at skhaira.com, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, making a booking, listing a business, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including customers, salon and spa business owners ("Partners"), and service professionals ("Staff").
Individuals who discover, browse, and book beauty and wellness services through the Platform.
Salon, spa, and barbershop owners who list their services and manage operations through Skhaira's tools.
Stylists, therapists, and other beauty professionals who operate under a registered Partner business.
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Skhaira reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
Access to certain features requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not register multiple personal accounts or impersonate another person or entity.
Providing false details, including fake salon listings or fraudulent contact information, is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension.
Notify us immediately at support@skhaira.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Skhaira is not liable for losses arising from failure to secure account credentials.
Skhaira reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
Skhaira provides a technology platform that facilitates appointment scheduling between customers and salon Partners. Skhaira itself is not a salon or beauty service provider.
A booking is confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation notification from the Platform. Confirmation depends on slot availability and is not guaranteed until issued.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by individual Partners. Review the policy displayed at the time of booking. Late cancellations may incur charges as specified by the Partner.
Failure to appear for a confirmed appointment without prior cancellation may result in a no-show fee as per the Partner's stated policy and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
Partner listings, prices, and availability are maintained by Partners. Skhaira does not guarantee their accuracy and is not liable for discrepancies between listed and actual services.
Prices, service duration, and availability displayed on the Platform are indicative and subject to change by the Partner without prior notice.
Payments on the Platform are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you authorise Skhaira to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets as offered by our payment gateway partners.
Some Partners require advance deposits to secure bookings, particularly for bridal or high-demand services.
Refunds are governed by the individual Partner's cancellation policy. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5โ7 business days.
Skhaira may charge a convenience or service fee on certain transactions. This will be disclosed prior to checkout.
In cases of dispute related to a transaction, contact us at support@skhaira.com. Skhaira will endeavour to facilitate a resolution but is not liable for service quality disputes between customers and Partners.
All prices on the Platform are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Skhaira issues GST-compliant invoices for platform fees charged to Partners.
By registering as a Partner on Skhaira, you agree to the following in addition to the general Terms:
You must hold all necessary licences, registrations, and permits required to operate a salon, spa, or barbershop under applicable Indian law. Skhaira conducts verification checks and may request supporting documents at any time.
All service names, descriptions, pricing, and availability must be accurate and kept up to date. Misleading listings may result in suspension.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Skhaira's management tools (booking calendar, POS, invoicing, staff management, analytics) solely for operating your registered business.
Partner earnings are disbursed as per the payout schedule defined in your subscription plan. Skhaira deducts applicable platform fees before disbursement. Fee structures are detailed in your Partner agreement.
Partners must maintain the hygiene, safety, and quality standards agreed upon during onboarding. Skhaira reserves the right to remove listings that receive sustained low ratings or safety complaints.
Partner access to customer data (name, contact, booking history) is granted solely for the purpose of fulfilling booked appointments. Partners must not use this data for unsolicited outreach or share it with third parties.
Staff profiles are created and managed by the Partner business. Individual staff members may access the Platform through the Staff Portal to view schedules, track commissions, and manage their assigned appointments.
Staff members acknowledge that their personal performance data (appointment count, ratings, commission earned) may be visible to the Partner business owner and management.
Staff members are employees or contractors of the Partner business, not of Skhaira. Skhaira is not responsible for employment conditions, compensation disputes, or any claims arising out of the staff-partner relationship.
Staff members may contact Skhaira at support@skhaira.com if they believe their account is being misused by a Partner or if they have concerns about data accuracy.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and legal action where applicable:
Creating fake accounts, posting fraudulent reviews, impersonating salons or users, or providing false business information.
Soliciting customers to pay for services outside the Platform to avoid fees, or using Skhaira data to build competing databases.
Threatening, harassing, or engaging in discriminatory behaviour towards other users, salon staff, or Skhaira personnel.
Using the Platform to facilitate any activity that violates applicable Indian law, including but not limited to money laundering, tax evasion, or operating unlicensed businesses.
Using bots, crawlers, or automated scripts to extract data from the Platform without express written consent from Skhaira.
Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or introduce malicious code into the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
All content on the Platform โ including the Skhaira name and logo, interface design, software, algorithms (including AI recommendation engines), text, images, and compiled data โ is the exclusive property of Skhaira Technologies Private Limited and is protected by applicable Indian intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.
Partner content: By uploading photos, service descriptions, or branding materials to your listing, you grant Skhaira a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and promote that content on the Platform and in marketing materials.
Customers may leave ratings and reviews for salons and services they have used. By submitting a review, you confirm that it is honest, based on genuine experience, and does not contain defamatory, offensive, or misleading content.

Reviews must reflect your own experience. Incentivised, fake, or competitor-generated reviews are prohibited.

Partners may respond to reviews via the Platform. Responses must be professional and must not contain personal attacks or threats.

By submitting content, you grant Skhaira a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute it across the Platform and related promotional channels.
Skhaira is a technology intermediary and marketplace facilitator. We do not directly provide beauty or wellness services. All services are performed by independent Partner businesses.
Skhaira makes no warranty as to the quality, safety, or suitability of any service provided by a Partner. Customers engage Partners at their own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skhaira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Skhaira's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by that user to Skhaira in the three months preceding the claim.
Skhaira reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
Any violation of the rules outlined in these Terms, particularly those relating to prohibited conduct.
Partners who fail to maintain an active subscription or have outstanding payment obligations to Skhaira.
Accounts operating in violation of applicable law or in response to a government or court order.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@skhaira.com. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. Data retention post-termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by contacting Skhaira at legal@skhaira.com. A 30-day resolution period will be observed.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator, in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
For matters not subject to arbitration (such as injunctive relief), the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits your right to approach a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Skhaira reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or business practices. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use and may close your account.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available at skhaira.com/terms.
